DELIVERY POLICY

We here at Marie's Bakery take pride in all of our products, which is why we carefully package each and every customer order for delivery. We make sure all of our products are sealed in airtight containers to ensure freshness for all of our customers.​

Marie's Bakery currently offers delivery within the Inland Empire and certain parts of Southern California. If your are not currently located in our delivery area, please send us a message at mariesbakery.contact@gmail.com, and we will work with you to ensure that you enjoy the very best of our delicious products.

SHIPPING POLICY

Marie's Bakery currently ships all of its packages through the United States Postal Service.

Marie's Bakery does not take responsibility for any packages that are damaged or delayed through the fault of the United States Postal Service.

Marie's Bakery will replace your package if it is damaged due to improper packing or lack of proper packing materials. Marie's Bakery will also replace your package if it lost and is not delivered at any point.

REFUND POLICY

At this time, Marie's Bakery will only grant full refunds if it is found that there is a fundamental problem with our product.

Marie's Bakery may grant partial refunds for dissatisfaction with our products, or if a delivery is late upon arrival.
